Donations & Packing for House of Worship - It’s that time of year again to bring your lightly used items to the church lobby on the upcoming Sundays until May 12. Mark your calendars to join us on Saturday morning, May 18th, when we will come together in the Calvary gym to box and ship the items to our missionary in the Philippines. The brothers and sisters of the Mountain church are truly among the poorest of the poor, and your contributions can make an impact. Our missionary, Todd Caplinger, will receive and distribute the items while sharing the message of the Gospel of Christ. Elder Affirmation/Reaffirmation – In accordance with the Constitution & Bylaws of Calvary Community Church, the Elders of Calvary Community Church submit Rich Ammentorp for affirmation, Bernardo Hinojosa and Brian Phalen for reaffirmation as an Elder. A vote to affirm/reaffirm these men will be held at the Annual Business meeting.

Camp Calvary (VBS) for kids in K-5th Grade will be July 22-26 (Mon-Fri) from 6-7:30pm. This year we are going on a Wisdom Quest: Discovering Biblical Wisdom and the Fear of the Lord. To make Camp Calvary a success, we need workers! Last day to sign up for volunteering at Camp Calvary is May 26th. The Annual Calvary Picnic is Sunday, July 28 after the morning worship service at Randall Oaks Park, 1180 Randall Rd, West Dundee, IL 60118. We’ll be at the Front Shelter next to the zoo. New Positions Available! - The Children's ministry is growing fast and new positions have become available. Talk to Eva about sitting in and observing a class to see if there is a place for you in the children’s ministry. We need a One-on-one Preschool Aide, Kinder/1st grade Teacher, Kinder/1st grade Assistant, and Infant Nursery Attendant.
